SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the constraints placed on shipping and supply routes due to COVID-19, delays my occur that effect either processing or shipping times. We try to communicate these delays in the most effect manner. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

IN-STORE PICKUP

We do not currently have physical store front for local pick-up. Clencher mount systems for Evolve boards and others with 50mm motors can be picked up at Voltaire Cycles of Colorado. For all other products, if you are in the Denver area and are looking to save time or money by avoiding shipping, contact us and we may be able to work with you. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are slowly adding more countries to our international shipping list. Currently we ship to the anywhere in the US, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Spain. That said, if you are in another country and would like to place an order, contact us and we will do our best to make it happen. International shipping can be tricky, and we are slowly learning the specifics required to ship to each country on case by case basis. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For orders within the US, if you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ridenebula.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. International orders can vary greatly based on location and customs clearing. 

P.O. BOXES

We ship via UPS, and as UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, neither do we. In the unlikely even that UPS changes this policy, we will follow suit.
